This is the first post that I am making for the New Year. I want to start off by wishing everyone a Happy New Year. Last year was an eventful year for me. I got to do some traveling with my job and stopped at a few battlefields.

A Virginia Battlefield |
I also got to create, in my humble opinion, some pretty descent looking models.
I actually began my historical tabletop battles after playing around with the rules for a year. I am now doing BOTH the Peninsula Campaign and Jackson's Valley Campaign. This year I hope to get through the Seven Days Battles, (Mechanicsville, Savage's Station) and hopefully start the Northern Virginia Campaign (Second Manassas)
This past December my job schedule allowed me to be home for the holidays. I took the opportunity to spend this time with my family and It was time well spent.
I want to thank everyone who has followed my blog and also those who casually stop by. Please like and follow so you can keep up with my post.
